INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 06, Durham VA Health Care System (VAHCS) intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Veterans4You LLC, 1180 SW 36th Ave STE 104, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. NAICS code 541810, Advertising Agencies. The proposed contract action is to provide and develop same day care promotional materials highlighting same day care services available to Veterans and to secure professional graphic design services for general use in promoting Veterans health care services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of VAAR 819.7009, Sole source awards to verified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB). This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to monique.cordero@va.gov no later than 3:00pm EST, Feb.25, 2025. Telephone inquires will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost to the Government.No solicitation will be made available. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
