SYNOPSIS/PRE-SOLICITATION: In general, the work shall consist of the following: The work includes the rehabilitation of the San Francisco Caretaker Lodge located in the Presidio National Cemetery in San Francisco, CA (San Francisco National Cemetery is located at 1 Lincoln Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94129) to include but not limited to roofing, exterior and interior finishes, windows, electrical and mechanical upgrades and incidental related work. Specialty Work: Requires strict adherence to the Secretary of Interior?s Standard for the Treatment of Historic Properties, specifically: - Standards for Preservation (https://www.nps.gov/tps/standards/four-treatments/treatment-preservation.htm) -Treatment of Historic Properties (https://www.nps.gov/tps/standards.htm) NOTE: The above general outline of features of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials required by the specifications and drawings.
