This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Suntok McGuinness: Suntok.mcguinness@usace.army.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging of the San Joaquin/Stockton DWSC FY25 Maintenance Dredging to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth, except the Sediment Trap, which shall be dredged to -38.5-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over depth. All dredge material is suitable for the upland sites shown on plan sheets. Dredge material may be suitable for beneficial reuses at Contractor furnished sites in accordance with the permit requirements of the specific reuse sites and per the requirements in specification Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK, which will be included in the IFB.
This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 15 April, 2025 for viewing/downloading. ALL BIDS will be due on/about 15 May, 2025 at 1:00 PM PST. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARDPROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format.
