- The Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, Inc. (CBBEP) will receive sealed bids for SANPATRICIO NAVIGATION DISTRICT MARINA DOCK REPLACEMENT, SAN PATRICIO,TEXAS until 10:00 AM, on June 16, 2025.The work consists of replacing the existing timber decking and selected timber piles. Theboardwalk is for pedestrian foot traffic only. The new decking will generally resemble theprevious one, including approximate location of the replacement timber piles. All demolishedmaterial should be removed from the site. Timber piles to remain shall be protected duringdemolition.A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Zoom (meeting link in attached bid packet) at 1:00 PM on May 29, 2025. Attendance is highly recommended.Bids may be hand delivered or delivered via FedEx or UPS to 1305 N. Shoreline, Suite 205,Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. Bids may also be submitted via email to mkramer@cbbep.org bythe Bid due date. CBBEP will not be responsible for mail delays or lost mail. Bids shouldbe addressed to the attention of Mary Baker and should include the bid opening date/time andthe words, “Sealed Bid - Do Not Open” on the envelope. All bids must be received byCBBEP no later than 10:00 AM on June 16, 2025. All bids received after the deadlinewill be returned unopened.Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 1:00 PM on June 16, 2025.
