- The City of Joplin, Missouri will accept sealed bids until 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 13, 2025, at the Joplin Athletic Complex located at 3301 West 1st Street, Joplin, Missouri 64801 to PURCHASE the following:Scope of ProjectSand Volleyball Sand The city of Joplin, Missouri is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to provide 700 Tons of sand at a ratio minimum of, .15 mm up to a max 2.0 mm sand for volleyball courts. The sand will naturally be weathered, washed, rounded (not crushed), and free of organic materials. Sand will be delivered to site at 2409 Maiden Lane Joplin Missouri 64804 and at least 24 hr. notice prior to delivery. The awarding bid will be based on the total grand price.
