Sanitary Sewer Repair for Hampton VA Medical CenterNetwork Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to release a solicitation for construction services to repair the sewer system of the Hampton VA Medical Center in Hampton, VA. The contractor will provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to repair the sewer system. The contractor will be providing all the elements and performing all the work. Work is composed of, but not limited to, management and performance of construction period services, permitting, demolition, construction, construction management, submittals, including general construction, structural, fire protection, hazardous material removal (if any), thermal and moisture protection, finishes, scheduling, quality control, inspection/testing, environmental protection, recording (As-Built) drawings, and project closeout.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110 with a size standard of $45 million dollars. IAW VAAR 836.204(f)(2), the estimated magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The approximate solicitation issue date will be on or around Thursday June 12th, 2025. The approximate response due date for bids will be on or around July 30th, 2025.It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to bring all necessary personnel, inclusive of subcontractors, tooling, and materials necessary to the pre-bid site visit. The government will NOT be providing paper copies of any solicitation, solicitation attachments or annexes, specifications, or drawings. The government will NOT be reimbursing any costs associated with attendance or quote preparation.
