Sealed Bids For The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewer, Water & Site Improvements To Serve The Industrial Park Will Be Received, By The Randolph County Development Authority At The Randolph County Development Authority ¿ 51 Court Street, Cuthbert, Ga 39840, Until 11:00 Am Local Time On May 6, 2025, At Which Time The Bids Received Will Be Publicly Opened And Read. The Project Consists Of +/-985 Lf Of 8¿ Pvc Sanitary Sewer, +/- 37.9 Vf Of Standard Manhole Construction, +/-71 Lf Of 8¿ Pvc Water Main (including Fittings, Valves, And Services), +/-665 Lf Of 2¿ Pvc Water Main, +/-21 Lf Of 1¿ Pvc Water Main, Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Replacement, And All Other Items Indicated In The Contract Documents. Bids Submitted Via Mail Shall Be Mailed To The Randolph County Development Authority At The Randolph County Development Authority ¿ 51 Court Street, P.o. Box 31, Cuthbert, Ga 39840.
