Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate a sole source contract modification with SAP National Security Services, Inc. (SAP NS2). The purpose of the proposed contract action is to increase the level of effort required for Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) MaxSecure Support Services. Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) requires a technical refresh to replace SAP Enterprise Central Component with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud services. The period of performance remains unchanged.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This proposed action is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. SAP NS2 is the only organization that is authorized to deliver the MaxSecure service, no other providers are authorized to resell MaxSecure support. As such, SAP NS2 is the sole source for providing the required technical refresh support.
A modified Justification and Approval will be made publicly available within 14 days after contract modification award as required by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.305(a).
