The EPA makes no guarantee that a solicitation or award will result from this RFI. The purpose of this RFI is for market research purposes only. EPA is seeking to purchase remedial and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, spare parts, and commissioning for Measurement Technology Laboratories (MTL)-supplied instrumentation and equipment (AH 500 and AH 225-7 Ultra-Fine Precision Filter Weighing Systems, MTL Environmental Control unit and software, autohandlers and FWS software) at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, 2565 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105See the attached draft SOW for specifications. This RFI is seeking to identify all vendors capable of meeting or exceeding the specifications. We encourage all capable vendors to respond to this RFI. Responses to this RFI are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract of any nature. The Government will not award a contract based on this RFI. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Responding parties should not anticipate Government feedback on their respective submissions.
