The South Dakota Air National Guard has a requirement for portable secure SATCOM radios and Contingency Communication Kits. This is a brand name only requirement (see attached Brand Name J&A).
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334220 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 1250 employees.
FAR 52.232-18 - Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government-s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
