Description:
The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Corrections, seeks proposals for satellite or cable TV service for the Minnesota Correctional Facility (Agency) located at 7600 525th Street, Rush City, MN 55069 (hereinafter MCF Rush City). The Contract Vendor must be able to provide television services and support to MCF Rush City. This includes installing, configuring and maintaining all equipment needed to deliver services. A mandatory site visit will take place beginning at 10:00 AM CT on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at MCF Rush City, 7600 525th Street, Rush City MN 55069. Vendors must register for the mandatory site visit by 4:00 PM CT on Friday, April 4, 2025. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, contact Lona Mack, 320.358.0451, lona.mack@state.mn.us. Responders that do not register for the pre-proposal meeting will not be admitted into the facility. Background checks are required prior to attending the pre-proposal meeting and accessing the work site. See Subsections 3 and 4 of Section 3 of the RFP for additional information. In order to participate in the mandatory site visit, prospective visitors must complete and return all documents contained in Attachment H, Application Packet for Facility Access Checklist. Completed packets must be returned to Lona Mack, MCF Rush City-s point of contact, by 4:00 PM CT on Friday, April 4, 2025.
