The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District is seeking contractors for Window Cleaning services in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price service contract for window cleaning.
The area of performance for this contract is in Chippewa County, MI and the outline of work will include, but not be limited to, the following task,
Clean interior and exterior windows of the following six (6) buildings at the Sault Project Office: Davis, Administration, Maintenance Support Building, Boathouse, Visitor-s Center, and Viewing Platform two times per year (once in the spring and once in the fall).
Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform cleaning. Window cleaning includes cleaning all frames, casings, sills and glassGeneral Information:

Product Service Code (PSC) S201 - Housekeeping - Custodial Janitorial.The Solicitation is anticipated to be issued in late March/early April 2025.
