The objective of this solicitation is to replace the two existing broken and outdated saunas in both the men-s and women-s locker rooms, and includes, but is not limited to the labor and materials to provide two full sauna demolitions and rebuilds including the equipment necessary for the haul away. Saunas are not attached to the facility walls. GFH provides the space available for sauna rebuild.
