This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested, and the solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is 47QACA25Q0401. This acquisition is being pursued as a total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502-2.
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Field Operations and Disaster Recovery (FODR) has a need to procure long-term storage/parking for two (2) 2024 Ford Transit 350HR cargo vans in protected, accessible lots to ensure their safety, maintenance, and readiness for rapid deployment. The storage solution must provide a secure environment, protect the vehicles from environmental damage, and allow SBA personnel easy access to retrieve the vehicles for disaster response operations. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for specific requirements.
This acquisition will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price Contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 812930 (Parking Lots and Garages) and the business size standard is $47 million. The posting date of this requirement is September 10, 2025.
