Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to APSCO, LLC to support the Malmstrom Air Force Base-s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) radio upgrade. APSCO, LLC is the proprietary owner of the Primex Controls equipment currently installed in the buildings and tanks that need upgrading. Radio equipment from the same manufacturer must be used to be compatible with what has already been installed. APSCO LLC does not sell any of its products or services to third parties or distributors. Therefore, only APSCO, LLC is capable of fulfilling this requirement.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
