BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to bringing the current condition of the building roofs on several buildings up to an acceptable and safe condition to alleviate numerous deficiencies such as tears, rips, punctures and peeling along with areas of soft and worn insulation that contributes to leaking water that has resulted in building and property damage. Existing roofs are EPDM and ballasted roofs, some of which have lighting protection systems.ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $1,500,000.00. APPLICATION DUE DATE THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2024, AT 4:30 P.M.
