PROJECT TITLE: SCI Fayette - Roof Replacement PROJECT LOCATION: 50 Overlook Dr, La Belle, PA 15450 BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to replacing existing flat building roof systems in their entirety with a brand-new system in compliance with all current building codes. EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) or TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) will be installed as the new membrane type, and insulation will be removed down to the deck and replaced with new.
