Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with World Wide Technology LLC. 1 World Wide Way Saint Louis, MO 63146 US for the acquisition of 960hrs of Science Logic professional Services for twelve (12) months.
In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price task order against a GSA Contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplied Acquisition Procedures" The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541519. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. An RFQ may be issued based on responses to this Special Notice. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is 5/30/2025 at 05:00 PM EST. All submissions should be submitted electronically to ameka.ali@dea.gov.
