The Alabama Army National Guard (ALARNG) Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing an invitation for bid on the sale of scrap brass (expended small arms cartridge casings) located at Clarke Range Complex in Alexandria, AL. This sale requires the buyer to coordinate pick up of the material and deform the brass as a condition of sale.
