The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Challenger 600 Series Aircraft Maintenance Program. The FAA contemplates a single award of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract. The period of performance anticipated to be one (1) base year and four (4) separate one-year option periods, if exercised. The SIR/RFP is full and open competition. The NAICS code for this effort is 488190 for "Other Support Activities for Air Transportation" with a size standard of $40M. Each offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions in Section L of the SIR/RFP. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Section M of the SIR/RFP. This acquisition will utilize the Best Value Approach which is a method of selecting the proposal that represents the greatest value to the Government based on the evaluation of cost/price and other factors specified in the SIR.
