- Incorporate11 and 12 to in Section J of the SIR to provide further designand specification information;
- Provide questions received and FAA Responses;
- Extend the offer due date to 1600 (Central) on Monday, 03/17/2025.
All other aspects of this SIR and written requirements remain unchanged.

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The FAA intends to award one (1) or two (2) Firm Fixed Price contracts to the lowest price, technically acceptable for award for each geographic location. The estimated performance time is 180 calendar days after contract award and Notice To Proceed (NTP) after required pre-work activities defined in the attachments to this message. The FAA-s estimated value of this construction project is roughly $1M - $2M, or $500K - $1M for each site if awarded separately.
This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses Administration 8(a) program participants. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and possess the SBA 8(a) certification letter for their company to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR.
