Sealed Bids For Construction Of Industrial Park Sewer And Water Project Will Be Received Until September 24th, 2025 At 11:00 Am At The Screven County Development Authority At 101 South Main Street, Sylvania, Ga 30467 At Which Time And Place They Will Be Publicly Opened And Read. Any Bid Received After Said Time And Date Will Not Be Considered By The Owner. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Closing Time For The Receipt Of Bids For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days. The Work Shall Consist Of Furnishing All Products And Equipment And Performing All Labor Necessary To Perform The Following: Sanitary Sewerage And Water System Construction Including 2,900 Lf Of 12¿ Pvc Water Main, 640 Lf Of 6¿ Pvc Water Main, 3,050 Lf Of 8¿ Pvc Gravity Sewer, 14 Gravity Sewer Manholes, Fire Hydrants, Grassing, Erosion Control, Etc.
