Joint Certification Program (Export Control):
The TDP is Export Controlled, Distribution D Export Controlled. JCP Certification is required. You must request access to the TDP via SAM.gov and have JCP Certification.
You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP)
(https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation.
There is a special licensing agreement associated with this item between the Government and the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the Government to compete this procurement.
This soliciation requires any potentional offeror to sign a Non-Dsiclosure Agreement (NDA) to view the TDP. You must fill the attached NDA in order to get access to the TDP in addition to the JCP Certification.
The Government requires Military Packaging-Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs).
