The proposed contract action is to provide a preventative maintenance service agreement on currently utilized ScriptPro equipment. The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of November 1, 2025.This is not a request for competitive offers, no solicitation is available, and telephone requestswill not be accepted. Market research has determined that these items are highly specialized,are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost andno other type of item will satisfy agency requirements.
