Health Readiness Contracting Office - (W40M USA HCA), JBSA Fort Sam Houston TX 78234-5074 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a competitive contract. Contractor will provide a purchase for a follow on for Scrub Ex Maintenance. Delivery begins 01 November 2025.
Health Readiness Contracting Office (W40M USA HCA) Maintenance of Scrub Ex Linen Management Software, 4 Large Volume (LV) Receivers (Model Number LVLR-WP), 4 Large Volume (LV) Dispensers (Model Number LVD Local), and 4 Medium Volume (MV) Dispensers/Receivers (Model Number MV). All of the machines are located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310. The Contractor shall utilize appropriate facilities, tools, test equipment and trained personnel to verify and complete repairs. Contractor's representative shall be factory trained.
The solicitation number is W81K0425QA013, and the resulting award will be made on SF Form 1449 (Firm Fixed Price Contract). This requirement is for commercial services.
