Description
The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract modification to Avantus Federal LLC (“Avantus”) Task Order FA240123F0002 for Enterprise-wide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support with a total estimated value of $95,000,000.
This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1).
This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a single source contract modification. It is published for informational purposes only and not as a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to the notice of intent to sole source are anticipated, however, all capability statements received within 15 calendars days after date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Government and considered. Statements must be received NLT 05:00PM EST 4 September 2025. If your firm desires to submit a capability statement, it should demonstrate your experience specific to this procurement. The statement shall include business size; describe your ability to perform the work and provide any other information indicating a legitimate ability to meet the Government's requirements.
