1) Provide answers to vendor questions.2) Update Attachment D - Office Furniture Requirements and Attachment E - SDA-N Officure Furniture Pricing Sheet.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a 100% small business set-aside competitive acquisition in accordance with FAR 19.5. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for the subject requirement. The applicable NAICS is 337214, Size Standard 1,100 employees. PSC Code 7110. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) assignment is: Unrated.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to deliver and install office furniture as specified herein. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.The furniture should be durable, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with applicable government standards. A key consideration is the ability of the proposed furniture to seamlessly integrate with existing office furniture in terms of color, finish, and overall aesthetic to maintain the harmony and professional appearance of our workspace.
