A. GENERAL INFORMATION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Additionally, this combined synopsis/solicitation is being conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Subpart 19.5 Total Small Business Set-Asides.
The solicitation number FA2401-25-Q-0002 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-05 and DFARS Change Notice 2025-0117. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
