Description
Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for SEACRAFT Diver Propulsion Vehicles (DPV) equipment, parts, training, and maintenance. DPV Tech Inc. (CAGE: 8E9X5) is the sole distributor and authorized service point in the United States for this SOF Peculiar miliary variant of Seacraft DPVs. The Government-s intent is to award a 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders to DPV Tech Inc. The estimated minimum contract value is the value of the first order and the estimated maximum contract value is $750,000.00.

This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). A Justification & Approval (JA) will be posted with this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 811210, and the size standard is $34M.
