THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS A FIRM-FIXED PRICE ONE TIME BUY LARGE PROCUREMENT FOR A SINGLE NSN ITEM 2040015013323, I/A/W FAR 15. ITEM SEAL ASSEMBLY, RETRACTABLE BOW PLANE TIP Quantity is TBD each. Delivery is EST as better offer F.O.B. is ORIGIN. Inspection/Acceptance DESTINATION CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM.

ALL REQUIRED TECHICAL DATA WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE GOVERNMENT AT THE TIME OF SOLICITATION. ONLY PROPOSALS SUBMITTED I/A/W ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SOLICITATIATION WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. SUB-CONTRACTING PLAN IS REQUIRED FOR ALL LARGE BUSINESS CONCERN PARTICPANTS AND MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PROPOSAL. INFORMAL COST AND PRICING DATA MAYBE REQUESTED AND MUST BE PROVIDED TO THE GOVERNMENT. DEALERS, TRACEABILITY TO THE OFFERED DIRECT SOURCE OEM IS REQUIRED BY THE GOVERNMENT. DLA E-JCP CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition o fone NSN for various end items. The solicitation estimated to be available in DIBBS on 7/30/2025. While price may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identity to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
