Church Street, Room 221, Laurinburg, North Carolina 28352 Until 2:00Pm Local Time On Tuesday, November 18, At Which Time The Bids Received Will Be Publicly Opened And Read. The Project Consists Of Approximately 112 Point Repairs On 8-Inch Through 18-Inch Sewer Mains And Replacement Of Approximately 3,000 Lf Of 8-Inch Sewer. Bids Will Be Received For A Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be On A Lump Sum Or Unit Price Basis As Indicated In The Bid Form. The Issuing Office For The Bidding Documents Is: Duncan Parnell ( For A Purchase Price As Listed On Their Website. All Payments Are To Be Made To Duncan Parnell. Prospective Bidders Must Purchase Bidding Documents Directly Through Duncan Parnell In Order To Be Considered An Official Plan Holder.
