Sealed Proposals Will Be Received By Granville County For The Roof Replacement At Granville County Orange Street Community Center Until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 16, 2025, In The Office Of The Granville County Development Services, Reception Desk, 122 Williamsboro Street, Oxford, Nc 27565. This Project Will Be Bid And Awarded In Accordance With North Carolina Law. All Bids Will Be Opened And Read Aloud Starting At 2:00 P.M. All Times Are Local Prevailing Times. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference Is Scheduled For 10:00 A.M., Thursday, October 2, 2025, And Will Commence At The Granville County Orange Street Community Center Located At 125 Orange Street, Oxford, Nc 27565. Failure To Attend Will Result In The Bid Being Returned Unopened. Questions Concerning The Project Shall Be Submitted In Writing To Mr. Bob Tomlinson, Rrc, Rei Engineers, 9121 Anson Way, Suite 100, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27613, Rtomlinson@Reiengineers.Com.
