Single-Prime, Lump Sum Bids From Prime Nc Licensed Contractors Will Be Taken (On Standard Forms Furnished By The County) For Construction As Indicated In The Bidding Documents. Bid Documents Are Available Upon Request Digitally At No Cost From The Authorized Design Consultant: Rei Engineers (Contact Zack Marlow At 704-596-0331X241 Or Zmarlowe@Reiengineers.Com). Prime Nc Licensed Contractors Wishing To Submit A Bid Must Provide A Mandatory Written Letter-Of-Interest To The CountyâS Authorized Design Consultant At Least 48 Hours In Advance Of The Bid Opening In Order To Be Placed On The Official Bidders List For Automatic Distribution Of Potential Addenda And Offered Consideration By The County As A Responsive Bidder. Bids Submitted By Prime Nc Licensed Contractors That Have Not Provided A Letter-Of-Interest May Be Considered Non-Responsive. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting For Prime Nc Licensed Contractors Shall Be Held At 10:00 Am, On February 20, 2025, At Mecklenburg County Asset & Facility Management Department, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, Nc 28208.
