The Purpose Of The Concession Is To Provide Food And Beverage Services Enhancing The Enjoyment Of The Beach Area By The General Public, And As The Town Deems Necessary. The Operation Of The Concession Shall Conform To The Rules And Regulations Of The Town. The Concessionaire Shall Be Expected To Comply With Such Rules And Regulations, Including All Applicable State And Federal Statutes.
