The 19th Operations Support Squadron (OSS) is in need of a Secondary Crash Net (SCN) Console with Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC)-certified emergency response system, integrated with the Consortium III platform, designed for secure, real-time audio conferencing and alerting.
