The Indian Health Service (IHS), Kayenta Health Center, Kayenta, Az. 86033 is seeking capable sources to renovate the existing Security Booth located on campus. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
This project requires the professional services and expertise of a responsible contractor to Furnish all supplies and material needed to complete project which include:
a. Modification to existing guard shack to make bullet proof windows, doors and panels.
b. Installation of crash proof steel bollards.
