To provide Maintenance and Service for the currently installed, Lenel Controlled Access, electronic security systems.
Special Industry Notice:
The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Jacksonville, FL. intends to issue a sole source award to Allied Universal Technology Services. As it was the only company that had the appropriate licenses to work on Lenel Electronic Security Systems. There are no other license agents or dealers authorized to represent these services.
This proposed action is a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) that these items fall under is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement must respond in writing.
Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outlined on the PWS. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received within the response date of 16 September 2025 at 11:00 AM. Eastern Daylight Time of this notice, to the effect that comparable services are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this product through a sole-source contract, a sole source contract award will be made. This sole-source acquisition meets the conditions under Statutory Authority permitting Other Than Full Competition under 41 U.S. C. 1901(e)2, Special Rules for Commercial Items, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a) and is not a request for competitive quotes, however all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact tristan.s.mcelhinney.civ@us.navy.mil.
