- The State of Texas,by and through Texas Southern University (TSU), seeks sealed proposals to provideuniformed unarmed security services for Texas Southern University residentialcommunities in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request forProposal (RFP). The awarded vendor willserve as a Texas Southern University approved vendor for all things related tosecurity services provided from an outside vendor.
