Description:
The County of San Benito, Department of Department Name, hereinafter referred to as the \"County\", intends to secure a contract with a qualified Contractor(s) to Project Description .The County of San Benito is requesting written quotations from qualified contractors for security services and ongoing support for the Elections Department. This is not an invitation to bid, and while pricing is an important factor, other criteria will also be considered.Submission Deadline:All quotations must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, February 21, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. Submissions should be sent via email to the address provided below.Email for Submissions:fdiaz@sanbenitocountyca.gov Please note that incomplete or non-conforming submissions will not be considered. Issuance of this request does not obligate the County to award a contract, nor does it make the County liable for any costs incurred by proposers in preparing or submitting their quotes. The County reserves the right to award the contract in part or in whole to multiple proposers, or to not award the contract at all.
