Delivery Notes: Requesting 4,000 gallons of DS2 to be delivered to Peleliu South Port on March 19th, 2025. Vendor must check in with Marine at Entry Control Point and be escorted to offload location. Vendor delivery trucks must have capability to connect to U.S. standard 2" and 4" couplers. Bulk deliveries require associated quality assurance/surveillance documentation to ensure the product received is on grade and suitable for use in military ground equipment.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation, SPE605-25-Q-0264, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The contract resulting from this procurement will be a firm fixed price contract. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated 17 JANUARY 2025. DPAS rating for potential award is DO.
