Description:
This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the Selden Park Sidewalk Improvement Project. The successful Bidder shall provide all skill, labor, material, and equipment to install approximately 5,000 linear feet of new 8 concrete sidewalk to include benches and trash cans in Selden Park as indicated in the construction plans and specifications attached herein and removal and replacement of damaged and cracked existing sidewalk. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all skill, labor, equipment, materials/products and performing all project coordination necessary to install the sidewalk and furnishings. The work will contain, but is not limited to, sidewalk construction, demo, clearing and grubbing, borrow, grading, backfilling , grassing, and erosion control. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings provided herein. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications. The County intends to award the contract but it is the intent that construction activity would not begin and that the Notice to Proceed would not be issued to the winning bidder no sooner that 1/2/2026.
