Proposals will be accepted by the Contracting Branch, InfrastructureDivision until 2:00 PM CST, July 2, 2025.Pre-ProposalConferenceThe Texas Parksand Wildlife Department will host a virtual pre-proposal conference at 10:30 AMCST, Wednesday, June 11, 2025Although thepre-proposal conference is not mandatory, Offerors are strongly encouraged toattend as important information regarding proposal submittal requirements andan overview of the Project will be discussed. Failure to give properconsideration to conditions when preparing the proposal will not constitutegrounds for additional compensation.Conference willbe conducted using Microsoft® Teams.
