Solicitation Description : The PEPS Division is advertising for the following type of services. Work to be performed by the Engineer shall consist of providing preliminary engineering services for several TxDOT District offices Statewide for development of, but not limited to, the preparation of a design schematic , environmental documents/studies in support of the schematic work, public involvement, value engineering study, permit procurement, data collection analysis, mitigation and remediation, monitoring, drainage, conceptual traffic control, traffic projections, traffic engineering and operations, surveying and mapping, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), utility coordination, plans, specifications and estimate (PS&E) packages, and Construction Phase Services. It is expected at the time of the solicitation that work will be primarily in the Pharr, Corpus Christi, and Tyler district(s), but work may be required in other districts.
