Bids Will Be Received By The Owner (City Of Conover) And The Architect (Campbell Design, Pa) At The Office Of The Owner At The City Hallâ Council Chambers Room At 101 1St Street E, Conover, Nc 28613 Until 2:00 Pm On Thursday, January 28, 2025, And Then At Said Location Publicly Opened And Read Aloud. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Will Be Held At The City Of Conover City Hallâ Council Chambers Room At 10 Am On Tuesday, January 7, 2025 All Bidders Must Have A Representative Attend This Meeting. Failure To Attend This Meeting Will Result In Disqualification Of The Bidder.
