Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide for emergency and/or preschedule response to pump-out, transport, and dispose of wastewater/sludge Base year plus four (4) option years. All service must follow all local, state, and federal regulations. Service provider is responsible for any spills associated with the pump-out and transportation of wastewater/sludge. Spills must be immediately reported to Everglades Dispatch. Service provider shall transport to and dispose of wastewater/sludge at the closest treatment center. - Documents:
