STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
BACKGROUND
CGC SEQUOIA suffered a small Charlie Fire within a control panel for the Wellin Lambie Davit System. Several terminals, wires, and other components were damaged, and the DISCREP requires certified technical representatives from Wellin Lambie to conduct onsite troubleshooting, repairs, and function tests. At the request of the vendor, pictures can be sent for preliminary part requirement inquiry. Ship-s force were able to identify where the fire could have originated.
