This is a Special Notice IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions.
This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the R5 Regional Vault & Septic Pumping Services Multi-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS with agreement numbers 127EAT22A0010, 127EAT22A0011, 127EAT22A0013 through 127EAT22A0018 and 127EAT23A0001, 127EAT23A0003 through 127EAT23A0006.
This BPA is composed Small Business entities.
Anticipated Call Order Information:

Project Title: Sequoia National Forest (SQF) Hume Lake Ranger District (RD) Vault Toilet Pumping FY25 Call Order
Project Description: This is a new competitive call order to pump vault toilet facilities within each individual site, essential to public safety as it prevents the spread of bio-hazardous wastes by contributing to the maintenance of a hygienic and environmentally sound waste disposal system in areas where traditional plumbing isn't available in the Sequoia National Forest (SQF), on the Hume Lake Ranger District (RD).
Project Location: Vault toilets and portable toilet delivery and service locations all lie within the Hume Lake Ranger District of the Sequoia National Forest. Locations are within both Developed and Dispersed recreation areas. The solicitation will contain maps of the multiple locations.
Deliverables: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity in accordance with the callorder statement of work. Services will be ordered on a call-when-needed basis by authorized reps listed on theCall form.
There are currently 13 BPA awardees that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via emailto those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to thosecompanies listed on the BPA. Point of Contact is Contracts Specialist, christopher.kane2@usda.gov.
