Solicitation FA875125Q0156 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contractor shall provide the items in the list of materials on a brand name, firm fixed price basis including the cost of shipping FOB Destination. See Attachment No. 2 for List of Materials. See Attachment No. 3 for Brand Name Justification.
Offerors shall provide at least the same warranty terms, including offers of extended warranties, offered to the general public in customary commercial practice.
