Description:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract(s) to provide service, inspection, and repair to centrifugal and air cooled chillers for the Department of Administration, Facilities Management Division (FMD). The chillers are located in several different state buildings managed by FMD in Saint Paul, MN. The DPS, BCA Bemidji Regional Office located at 3700 N Norris Ct NW, Bemidji, MN 56601 in Bemidji, MN, will also be included in this contract (s). PLEASE NOTE: Section 4 of the Request for Proposal document requires responders to furnish past qualifications and experience. Failure to submit documentation at the time of your response submittal may result in your response being rejected.
