1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Direct Care Basic full-service contract for Medrad contrast injectors at Portland VA Healthcare System, Portland, OR. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26025Q0884. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair & Maintenance),Â and the small business size standard is 34 million. This procurement is unrestricted.3. The intended contract period is a Base and 4 Option Years.4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, http://beta.sam.gov/.
